Terms of Service
SellerToys is a product developed and operated by Collabwire P.S.A., based in Warsaw.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using SellerToys, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the System.
2. Definitions
"SellerToys" or "System" means the e-commerce automation platform operated by Collabwire P.S.A.
"User" means a natural person or organisation using the System.
"Subscription" means the recurring payment agreement between the User and SellerToys for access to the System's features.
3. What SellerToys is
SellerToys is an e-commerce automation system that helps teams manage invoices, shipments and reviews across multiple marketplaces.
The System provides tools for data matching, document management and review aggregation.
4. User obligations
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- They are responsible for the correctness of the content they submit and manage.
- They will not use the System for unlawful purposes.
- They will keep account login credentials confidential.
- They are responsible for all activities carried out from their account.
5. Service availability
The System is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation,
- availability at all times,
- that the System will meet all of your requirements.
6. Payments
Payment terms and methods are presented to Users at the time of subscription. All payments are processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless the User cancels at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Users have the right to withdraw from the subscription agreement within 14 days of activation without giving any reason.
7. Suspension and termination
SellerToys may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the System in order to:
- protect the integrity of the System,
- prevent abuse,
- ensure the stability of the System,
- meet legal obligations.
Where possible, Users will be notified of the suspension and its reason.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SellerToys is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to SellerToys during the last 12 months.
These limitations do not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
9. Intellectual property
All content, software, algorithms and materials made available through the System remain the property of Collabwire P.S.A. or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of their content submitted to the System.
Users may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the System without prior written consent.
10. Privacy
Use of SellerToys is subject to the Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected and processed.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
In the event of material changes, we will notify Users by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the System after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law and the law of the European Union.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw.
This does not affect consumer rights to bring claims in their country of residence under applicable law.
