SellerToys is a product developed and operated by Collabwire P.S.A., based in Warsaw.

1. Introduction

Collabwire cares about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information about you when you use our websites and applications.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed by Collabwire P.S.A. ("Collabwire", "We", "Us" and "Our") when you visit https://sellertoys.com and all related subdomains (collectively, the "Site").

SellerToys is a product developed and operated by Collabwire P.S.A.

"Collabwire" or "we" or "us" or "our" means Collabwire P.S.A., with its registered office at Długa 29, 00-238 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000988718, NIP: 525-292-09-49.

This document explains what personal data we collect through our site, how and why we collect it, how we use and share the collected personal data, and how you can exercise your rights regarding that data.

2. What personal data we may collect

When you contact us, in particular through the contact form or by email, we ask for your contact details — name and email address, etc. We use this data solely in connection with responding to your enquiries.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

We may also ask for your consent to collect, use or share personal data for other purposes, e.g. to send marketing emails. In such cases you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Providing us with personal data is voluntary, but necessary to respond to your enquiry or to fulfil the purpose for which we collect the data.

3. Purposes of processing

We may use your personal data for several purposes:

  • Service delivery: providing access to SellerToys features.

7. Rights regarding personal data

You have the right to access information about what personal data is processed by Collabwire, the right to rectification or erasure, and the right to restriction of processing (subject to certain exceptions and other requirements provided for by law). You also have the right to receive from us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data you have provided to us.

If you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
